Candy. Chocolate. Milkshakes. The Sugar Factory, a restaurant opening next year at the St. John’s Town Center, serves all of these amazing desserts plus much more.

There is an overload of sugar on the menu— specialties include the King Kong Sundae (with 16 scoops of ice cream), smoking Goblet Drinks, and candy infused cocktails.

However, the restaurant doesn’t just sell desserts. It is open for lunch and dinner, offering gourmet burgers, pancakes, soups, salads, sandwiches and more.

While Sugar Factory has, well, a lot of sugar and food, it also offers stylish backdrops for Instagram photos and serves as a cute place for birthday parties, bridal showers, and dates.

There are multiple locations of Sugar Factory in cosmopolitan areas around the world, including Miami and Orlando. However, this will be the first location in the Jacksonville area. The restaurant is scheduled to open in the spring of 2022 where Brio was formerly located in the St. John’s Town Center.
