On Nov. 18 both the girls JV and varsity basketball teams went up against the Episcopal Eagles for the first home game of the season.

The night started with the JV girls game, with the odds looking in favor for Kenny, with a ten point lead by the end of the first quarter. However Episcopal closed the gap, giving Kenny just a one point lead by the end of the third quarter.

The girls held on tight to their lead, with Episcopal on their heels for the rest of the night. With the game coming to an end, the girls were able to hold onto their slim lead, winning the game 45 to 42.

The varsity girls took control of the game early on, ending with a seventeen point lead by halftime. The girls didn’t end their streak there either.

The girls continued to put points up on the board and ended up stealing the game with over a thirty point lead.

The final score was 64 to 31, securing a second win for the Crusaders that night.
