Signing Up For Next Four Years

National Signing Day brings smiles to signees faces

Nine Bishop Kenny seniors committed to continue their athletic career, as well as their academics, at the collegiate level on Thursday Feb. 7, 2024. These men and women are part of the 7% of high school students to go on and play a varsity sport in college. 

Nash Beenen signed to the U.S. Naval Academy to continue to play football in Annapolis, Maryland at the NCAA Division I level.

Carson Cope will attend Eastern University, in Saint Davids Pennsylvania, to further his career in soccer and play in their NCAA Division III program.

Davis Johnson will go on to run cross country and track at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Emory University’s track and cross country team competes at the NCAA Division III level.

Andrew McWilliams will attend Daytona State College, in Daytona Beach, Florida, to play NJCAA Division I baseball next year.

Lily Pragle will attend Erskine College to play beach volleyball at the NCAA Division II level. Erskine College is located in Due West, South Carolina.

Ethan Profit also signed to play NCAA Division I football, but at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

James Resar signed to attend the University of Iowa, in Johnson County, Iowa, to play NCAA Division I football next year. 

Kolbe Sexton will go on to play football at Benedictine College, in Atchison, Kansas at the NCAA Division III level.

Emily Wheldon will continue her cross country and track career at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia at the NCAA Division I level.

Congratulations to all that have committed to taking their athletic careers further.
