11-year-old Evan Bisnauth’s passion is to provide aid to shelter dogs in an effort to get them adopted into healthy and loving homes.

In his free time, Bisnauth creates media drawings of NYC’s adoptable animals in order to shed light on their unfortunate state of living presently.

“I started animating them doing all the fun things dogs like to do to get people to picture them as a part of their family,” said Bisnauth.

Bisnauth stated that he felt honored to be such an important part of rescuing these adoptable animals.

Ever since he was younger, Bisnauth said that he often read children’s books to these animals, specifically “Belly Rubbins for Bubbins,” by Jason Kraus.

His parents are very proud of their caring son, and are excited to see what he creates in the future.
