Last month was the 20th anniversary of the Columbine School Shooting, unfortunately this month will forever be the month of the STEM School Highlands Ranch shooting. Tuesday afternoon left many parents of Colorado students worried and trying to find out if their children were safe. Unfortunately, the parents of one 18-year-old boy were not as lucky. The father of Kendrick Castillo told NBC News that his son was the student killed, but the family declined to be interviewed Tuesday night. Other than the one students who was fatally shot, there was 8 other students injured. Authorities now have two suspects in custody. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office identified the first suspect as 18-year-old Devon Ericsson.
