A brand new Buc-ee’s is being built in Glynn County, Ga. off Exit 42 on I-95.
That is about an hour north of Jacksonville and will be an alternative to the Buc-ee’s at World Golf Village, which opened three years ago this month.
Buc-ee’s is the one-stop shop for just about everything. With a variety of snacks, home decor and spotless restrooms, it is the Disney World of gas stations.
With Buc-ee’s owning the world’s largest convenient store, Glynn County is expecting $30 million in sales, not including gas, according to First Coast News. It will also help provide more jobs in the area.
The building broke ground on Monday and is expected to open sometime in 2025.
