Since April, many advancements have been made. Stores have been opened, restaurants are starting to offer dine in, and schools have made plans to open in August.

It was announced this afternoon though that Bishop Kenny along with the rest of the schools in the diocese of St. Augustine will start school Aug 19, rather than Aug 10. There will be many safety protocols put in effect to protect students, teachers and faculty. Of these protocols are requiring masks, sanitizing desks and materials at the closing of classes, and checking students’s tempetures before being allowed in class.
