3…2…1… Happy Holidays!
The city of Jacksonville held the annual Christmas tree lighting on December 4 in James Weldon Johnson Park downtown.
The tradition of the lighting has been held in Jax for the 35 years and is the city’s official tree.
Along with the lighting, special guests gathered to celebrate the occasion, including three local Olympians, a student chorus, a dance troupe and the Cathedral Arts Project string orchestra.
