The anchor club will travel to Kissimmee Florida to compete in a statewide convention.

     The Bishop Kenny Anchor club will travel to Kissimmee, Florida on Friday to return for another year at the statewide convention. Sponsors Stephanie Merrill and Jessica Durbin will take a bus down with 26 girls. While there, the group will participate in writing cards and attaching them to stuffed animals to be brought back and given to patients of Wolfsons children’s hospital. While also allowing time for strictly business, the girls also will compete in a lip sync battle. They have been preparing a dance for the past month with Mrs.Whitford in hopes of winning first place. Their busy weekend will conclude with an awards luncheon on Saturday morning and a bus ride home.
