     With the softball season here the Bishop Kenny girls softball team is ready to kick off a brand new season. Tryouts for the team were held on the twenty second through the twenty fifth of January. With leadership from the coaching staff, which includes Laurie Wray, Jeremy Smith, Megan Stephens, Tim Duclos, Gabrielle Jones, and Jessica Naughton, eleven girls made the varsity team and eleven making the junior varsity. The varsity team includes Timber Abinsay, Kenzie Bassit, Nicole Bielamowicz, Caroline DePirro, Isabel Devore-Suazo, Sydney Harms, Renee Miles, Olivia Reidy, Anna Schneider, Lauren Stevens, and Megan Yates. The Junior Varsity team consists of Elia Barsky, Riley Bowman, Bailey Goodman, Hannah Harms, Lizzie Harms, Erin Kress, Alyssa Nygaard, Reagan Sheffield, Sarah Ward, Makayla White, and Mary Alice Young. The team this year seems to be ready to tackle this season with purpose and ambition making them a force to be reckoned with.
